The other day when I stated Why I Would Never Draw My Characters as Trolls, the topic led me to mull over the question “what if my characters read Homestuck”
The conclusion I ended up with is that Nickie and Archel would like it. The plot confuses the crap out of Nickie, he just likes it for the characters. Archel likes the intricacy of the plot a lot. She’s also a strict enforcer of canon.
Duncan wouldn’t like it at all. Archel and Nickie tried to get him to read it once. He thought John was really annoying and didn’t get even close to finishing Act 1. He would get really mad any time the other two started discussing Homestuck around him.
The two were probably having a shipping argument. “How could you not ship John and Vriska, Nickie?! IT’S LIKE THE BEST PAIRING”
